On completing this course, you will understand the background on how Property Finance has developed in the Dubai market and the United Arab Emirates in general, how it has evolved and matured over the last 5years, and you will learn how to employ your knowledge of property finance in your real estate sales presentations to add value to your customers and create more selling opportunities.
As Part of this course, you will explore how Property developments in the UAE have historically been financed from the perspective of the Developer and the buyer; how this could change in the future and what that would mean for the real estate market in Dubai.
