What are the programs that DREI offer?
DREI offers academic programs and executive education programs. The academic programs consist of The Graduate Diploma in Real Estate Studies & Master of Science in Property Studies. As for the Executive Education Programs it consists of "Open Enrollment Programs and Domain specialized Programs.

What are the facilities that DREI offer?
State of the Art facilities including extensive lecture and study rooms, Research Library, video conferencing, wireless connections, direct access to academic providers' libraries, books, DVD, CD, e-books, & computer facilities.
Do I need to have a laptop?
Yes, wireless environment is provided free of cost however each student should have their own laptops.
Will I need to buy study materials?
No, it will be provided by DREI and will be covered in the Tuition fees.
Are library resources available?
Yes, as well as a direct link to the academic provider's digital libraries.
Do you accept transfer credits?
No, it's not possible.
What are the admission requirements?
Who should apply for the Diploma Program?
The Diploma program is for anyone who wants to take advantage of a world-class qualification in real estate. While the program provides a perfect launch pad for those beginning their career in real estate, it also offers an excellent opportunity for those already in the industry to hone their skills even further and advance their career prospects.
What is the language of instruction at DREI?
All courses are taught in English.
Do I need TOEFL & IELTS?
There is no need if the student is a graduate from English driven University if not then TOEFL is required.
Do I need to have work experience?
Not necessarily but it is an advantage for the screening process.
How will I be assessed?
You will be assessed through monitoring your attendance, class participation, examinations, research, projects, and case studies.
How is the program delivered?
The program will be delivered in a block format where by each module is taught in intensive form over a span of one week.
How can I get the application form for the Diploma Program?
You can download the application form. Or you can pass by the DREI office at Dubai Health Care City, building # 53.
When is the application deadline?
For the Academic year Oct 2007, the application deadline is 9th September 2007.
What are the timings of the each module/class?
Each module will start from 9 am to 5 pm excluding Friday.
Is the Diploma Program certified?
It's accredited by the Education Authority in Sweden and recognized worldwide.
How accessible is the faculty to the student?
The faculty is fully accessible during the study term through video conferencing, emails, phone calls, assigned office hours, and the e-learning platform.
Who are the faculty?
They are senior professors from KTH plus some Industry Lecturers who are carefully selected by KTH for their knowledge and expertise.
Can I pay in Installments?
Yes, it depends on a case to case scenario; however, up to two maximum installments are allowed during the academic year.
How much does each Program cost?
It depends on the particular program and its requirements. However, a non-refundable fee of AED 200 or $55 is required upon Admission.
What does the Program fee cover?
It covers the program tuition, course materials, library resources, and coffee and lunch break catering during the week.
What are the payment methods?
| Tuition and fees are due upon admission. Students can pay by cash, bank transfer, checks, bank drafts and valid credit card in the finance office (a handling fee of 2% will be added to payments with credit cards). | |

Are there any discounts on each program?
No, for the Master's & Diploma Programs but for the executive education program, there will be discounts assigned depending to the number of groups or delegates.
What are the payment cancellation policies?

What are the options to waive the cancellation policy?
The individual has to be substituted by another qualified student who meets the admission requirements, or guarantee Admission Transfer for the next academic year.
